Progress

Pullman Residences Yerevan is gradually rising, bringing a modern residential complex to life in one of the city's most desirable locations. 

​Construction began in January 2024 with groundwork, followed by underground-level development in April. By October, above-ground construction was in full swing. As of spring 2025, the work has reached the 6th floor, bringing these premium residences to Yerevan one step closer to completion. The project is set to be completed in 2027.
